Dr. Beiner is the head of the Gynecologic Oncology unit at Meir Medical Center, Kfar Saba, Israel.

Between 2019-2022 he was elected as the president of the Israeli Association of Gynecologic Oncology (ISGO).

Dr. Beiner is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine at the University of Tel-Aviv. He completed six years of residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer and a 3-year fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Toronto, Canada. 

Dr. Beiner specializes in Gynecologic surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) and in the management of gynecological malignancies as ovarian, uterine, cervical and vulvar cancer.

He also performs Colposcopy in his office for patients with abnormal PAP smears and consults patients at high risk of familial gynecological cancer (BRCA carriers).

Dr. Beiner performs the following surgeries:

• Hysterectomy – Removal of the uterus (laparoscopic, robotic or "open")
• Oophorectomy – Removal of the ovary (laparoscopic, robotic)
• Removal of uterine fibroids ("myoma")
• Conization of uterine cervix – for premalignant disease
• Operative hysteroscopy

All the surgeries are performed at the leading private hospitals "Assuta" and "Raphael".
